Position Overview We’re seeking a skilled Executive Assistant who combines exceptional administrative capability with strong project management expertise. In this role, you’ll support our Chief Business Officer and play a meaningful role in progressing key work across marketing-related functions. The right person is polished, proactive, and deeply trustworthy—someone who can anticipate needs with minimal direction and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for an EA who wants to grow—gaining exposure to senior decision‑making while building strong operational, partnership, and project leadership skills. What You’ll Do Work in a project‑management capacity across multiple marketing functions to track and assist in progressing work streams Track, manage, and progress partnerships and events Schedule appointments, plan meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expenses Serve as the “hub” by providing constant coordination with other executives and their teams Organize daily, weekly, and monthly calendars—and work from a constantly updated shared ‘to‑do’ list Anticipate and interpret management’s needs with minimal direction Screen calls and respond to general inquiries Be available as needed after hours and weekends during busy times What You’ll Need Prior experience as an Executive Assistant across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or related industries Polished, proactive, and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Extreme confidentiality is a must Excellent and precise communication skills Ability to build rapport and commit details about people and events to memory Urgency, collaboration, resilience, and a positive outlook when juggling multiple priorities Strong MS Office Suite and Apple product proficiency What You’ll Bring Respect for others and a strong belief that others should treat you similarly Ability to perform work and resolve straightforward problems within established procedures with moderate supervision Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems Close attention to detail, following up until issues are resolved Solid written and verbal communication skills Compensation Hourly rate: $36.00 – $45.00.
