Overview WSP USA hosts hundreds of internships across the United States to gain hands‑on, meaningful work experience to enhance your education and professional aptitude. This is a Summer Internship Program that will run for 12 weeks, starting May 18, 2026 (start date flexible). Job Description Our Strategic Growth Team (SGT) is seeking a full‑time Marketing Intern to work out of our Spring, TX office. The following locations will also be considered: Katy, TX. This temporary position is for individuals currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program. Your Impact Support a variety of marketing tasks with the goal to develop technical, social and ethical skills. Learn basic principles of the AEC industry. Assist with formatting, editing and preliminary design of marketing documents. Complete training on assigned tasks. Writing and editing support (marketing materials, resumes, proposals). Marketing content coordination and proposal assistance. Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Exercise responsible and ethical decision‑making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship. Required Qualifications Actively enrolled in an accredited Journalism, English, Writing, or related undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later. Must be 18 or older. Demonstrated interest in AEC or related field and have a strong desire to advance skills related to WSP’s work and projects. Supporting nationwide marketing teams in the Earth & Environment business sector. Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non‑engineering audience. Capable of taking direction from leadership, mentors and managers to executive projects. Proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets and related tools. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship. Preferred Qualifications Actively enrolled in an accredited Journalism, English, Writing, or related Masters or PhD program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later. Experience using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat. Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus.
