Work Hours (Full Time) 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) Headquarters 630 Trade Center Drive Las Vegas, NV Summary The Marketing Coordinator will perform a variety of marketing functions to support the efforts of the department and organization including coordination of business development, employee and community events. Developing strong relationships with community partners, vendors and internal departments is a key responsibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work with the VP of Marketing to develop and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure team deadlines are met. Coordinate with VP of Marketing and the team to ensure all campaign deliverables are created, completed correctly, and delivered on time. Route, manage and coordinate all print, supply, and materials related orders with outside vendors to ensure accuracy and all deadlines are met. Administrative functions include but are not limited to working with the President/CEO for media scheduling, requesting checks from accounting, and managing relationships and deliverables with local media and education partners. Prepare, forecast and manage the marketing inventory. Assist the Marketing Department and be a liaison with branches for internal and external events and functions. Assist in research and preparation of materials for business development as directed by the VP of Marketing. Draft and send out internal marketing communications within the organization. Responsible for compiling and managing external marketing and branch collateral marketing audits. Responsible for maintaining and updating all marketing procedures. Provide recommendations for new processes and procedures to streamline department activities. Coordinate the development and implementation of various Financial Literacy marketing materials for use in school presentations and participation in educational seminars or programs. Serve as marketing liaison to the People Over Profit (POP) Foundation to assist in the management of POP Foundation marketing collateral and employee outreach. Be familiar with credit union compliance rules as it impacts printing, publications and direct mail (FCRA, Reg DD, Reg C, Reg B, and Reg Z, etc). Perform other duties and functions as assigned. Education / Experience A college degree (AA or higher) in Marketing or similar. BS or BA strongly preferred. 2+ years' experience in marketing, communications, business development or related field desired. Experience working in the financial services or any other regulated industry a plus but not required.
