Crimson is currently hiring a Junior Business Development Associate in our Dallas location. The Junior Business Development Associate is primarily responsible for sales campaigns for our key client accounts. No previous sales or marketing experience is required as we are ready to coach and develop you in all aspects of our business, but previous business development or marketing experience is an advantage. The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, passionate and aggressive in their pursuit of excellence.
Junior Business Development Associate Responsibilities
Generate new sales in prospective accounts
Demonstrate a clear understanding of Crimson Consulting’s business operation processes
Communicate in a one on one based sales environment with potential customers
Provide daily accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management
One on one sales based interaction with customers
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
Open-minded and a willingness to learn
Discipline to maintain high volume work
Competitive and focused on achieving goal
Team Leadership & Day‑to‑Day Duties
Coach and train junior staff members on POS and SOPs
Provide clear and engaging presentations to prospective customers
Contact potential clients to establish rapport
Work on new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences and sales and marketing events
