Marketing Specialists manage and strategize channel-specific marketing materials for our key channels, including: website content, print advertisements, POS literature, email, social media, technical documentation and many others. You will work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, digital marketers, trade show managers, technical writers and others within દેવ marketing department to create compelling and effective marketing campaigns across the globe. This is a dynamic position that requires a high-level of critical thinking, analysis, and strategy to effect sales and marketing change to promote the Rice Lake brand and support our many companies around the world. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/MAJOR TASKS: Strategizes international marketing campaigns across brands for the company Analyzes marketing initiatives and introduces new opportunities to marketing and sales departments for global growth Communicates vision and marketing strategy to other marketing specialists and coordinators Requires product and market knowledge to understand product positioning and the benefits and features Researches and understands the competitive landscape and requires for the global weighing industry Manage a large workload with overlapping timelines for a variety of stakeholders Strategizes and implements activities throughout marketing across a wide variety of channels Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Sales and Product Managers to accurately position products in all deliverables Work independently and with other department and organization staff in planning and executing internal and external communications programs, campaign planning, and other marketing initiatives Plan meetings, presentations and special events and participate and represent department in these activities Participate in cross-department and organizational teams as assigned Research and stay current on all marketing topics, channels and trends to compile market research for new product development and market campaigns Measure effectiveness of strategies Monitor trade show schedule and work controllers with Director of Marketing, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure assigned product lines are represented in application-specific methods at all shows QUALIFICATIONS: Education andগ্ৰ Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field Five to ten or more years of practical experience providing product marketing within a company or corporation, with an emphasis on marketing strategy across a wide variety of channels Industrial marketing experience preferred Skills: Strategic planning and implementation Data analysis Project management Website, SEO, SEM, Social Media knowledge Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills Works well in a team Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively Detail oriented and organized International marketing experience Certificates, Licenses, Training, or Other Job-related Requirements: The ability to travel when required to dealer and end user sites, trade shows, and other work-related functions Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
