Future Energy is looking for a hands-on, revenue-driven marketing leader to activate, nurture, and monetize a 25,000+ contact CRM database and 500+ active CME Pro clients. This is not a “brand only” marketing role. This is a build-the-engine, run-the-engine, optimize-the-engine role. You will own client lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, CRM strategy, and revenue-linked performance reporting. You’ll work directly with our COO to expand pipeline, increase upsell and cross-sell, and drive measurable retention growth. We serve automotive dealerships, destination hospitality, and healthcare organizations across the U.S. with end-to-end solutions across EV charging, lighting, solar, and battery storage. What You’ll Own Client & Lifecycle Marketing Own engagement, retention, and expansion marketing for 500+ CME Pro clients Design and execute monthly education, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns Build segmented journeys for automotive, hospitality, healthcare, and other verticals Partner with Sales and Client Success to drive feature adoption and add-on revenue Treat Zoho CRM as a revenue engine — not a contact database Develop marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives Define target audiences and buyer personas Conduct market research and competitive analysis Set budgets and measure ROI Tie campaigns directly to pipeline and expansion revenue Campaign Execution & Demand Generation Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, paid media, events, social) Own CRM segmentation, hygiene, attribution, and reporting Build dashboards linking marketing to revenue outcomes Ensure every campaign has a hypothesis, KPI, and post-mortem Design, test, and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads + social platforms) Brand & Vendor Management Oversee messaging, positioning, and brand consistency Manage external agency and creative partners Optimize website performance (SEO, UX, CRO) Hold vendors accountable to revenue-linked outcomes How Success Is Measured Monthly engagement and conversion improvements Marketing-influenced pipeline and expansion revenue CRM data integrity and adoption Sales & Client Success satisfaction Growth in retention, upsell, and cross-sell within CME Pro What We’re Looking For 5+ years of marketing experience (3+ in demand generation or campaign execution preferred) Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI Experience managing agencies and external partners Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Google Ads, and social advertising platforms Analytical mindset with strong reporting and attribution capabilities Entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable building and executing strategy Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred On-site role in Southeast Michigan (Troy office) Occasional travel (1–2 times per year) Collaborative, fast-moving environment with high visibility to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
