Overview As an Account Executive (AE) for DMG, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and growing clients within the facility management sector. You will generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction through a combination of sales prospecting and account management to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional service. The role has a tactical sales focus that includes upselling, new account/service attainment, and margin control. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facility management sector. Acquire and grow client accounts while nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Manage a pipeline of prospects and current accounts with a focus on meeting revenue targets. Perform sales prospecting and account management, including upselling and cross-selling services. Improve margins through disciplined pricing and service attainment.
