Job Holder’s Primary Objectives
In the role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator , you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support Integrated Marketing & Communications Initiatives: Support the development and execution of activities that elevate brand awareness, thought leadership and project visibility across multiple channels.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Global Marketing & Communications team, designers, engineers, architects, and other subject matter experts to ensure coherent visual and written communication.
Content Development: Research, write, and edit compelling content—including project narratives, case studies, thought leadership articles, presentations, and social media posts—that translate technical complexity into clear, engaging storytelling.
Internal Communications: Support internal communication initiatives, including content development, employee guidance, and training to ensure consistent messaging.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and supporting the internal knowledge sharing conference held every two years, co‑hosted by the Architecture and Building Engineering Services business groups.
Visual Concept Development: Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, presentations, digital assets, promotional content and other visual elements that effectively convey key messages and support marketing objectives.
Project & Asset Management: Handle multiple design and communication projects simultaneously, maintaining high‑quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Systems & Database Management: Maintain and update marketing and communications databases and content libraries, including Adobe platforms, SharePoint/Intranet, Eloqua, and visual asset libraries.
Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Copywriting Ability: Ability to craft clear, engaging content and distill complex technical information for a wide range of audiences.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with diverse internal teams and subject matter experts to support integrated marketing initiatives.
Project Execution: Capable of supporting multiple projects from concept to completion while maintaining high‑quality standards.
Marketing Technology Knowledge: Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Intranet and visual asset libraries. Familiar with marketing automation platforms for distributing newsletters, invitations, and announcements.
Creative & Design Expertise: Strong artistic ability and proficiency in translating ideas into visually compelling designs, including interactive documents and digital interfaces.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Brand Stewardship: Ability to ensure all materials align with established brand guidelines and advance strategic messaging.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Service‑ and client‑oriented personality with the ability to handle multiple assignments at a time and meet set deadlines
Self‑starter who can work well independently or in a team environment
Experience using social networking/social media programs
Attention to detail
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must
