Position Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Security Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting a full suite of electronic security solutions—including intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, fire alarm systems, and monitoring services. The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B sales, preferably in the low‑voltage security industry, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective, value‑based solutions. Qualifications 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales; electronic security or low‑voltage systems preferred Strong technical acumen and ability to learn system design principles (training provided) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience is a plus) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Knowledge of security brands such as Honeywell, DMP, Exacq, Avigilon, Verkada, or similar Experience working with commercial, multi‑site, or institutional customers Familiarity with RMR‑based sales (Recurring Monthly Revenue) and service agreement selling Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (depending on role) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development Supportive team environment and strong leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
