We’re a growing California-based staffing firm seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to generate new business and expand market share across multiple industries. This is a true staffing sales role—focused on prospecting, closing, and growing client accounts for workforce solutions at all levels. What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across light industrial, administrative, skilled trades, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare support, and other workforce verticals
Identify client workforce challenges and position tailored staffing and recruiting solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, operations managers, plant managers, and executive decision-makers
Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to assess hiring needs and workforce gaps
Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality placements
Negotiate staffing agreements, markups, and service terms
Manage accounts from initial contract through fulfillment, expansion, and retention
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM reporting
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing or workforce solutions experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success in prospecting, closing, and growing service-based accounts
Comfortable with cold outreach, territory development, and face-to-face client meetings
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a professional, confident presence
Results-driven and competitive mindset with a focus on revenue growth
Ability to manage your territory like a business within a business
