Nashville Territory | Uncapped Commission About the Role Holland Sharpe is expanding in the Nashville market and hiring a high-performing Business Development Executive to accelerate territory growth. This is a hunter-first role focused on winning new business, expanding key accounts, and building long-term partnerships within manufacturing, construction, and skilled trades industries. You will own your territory, your pipeline, and your results. Compensation $65,000 base salary Uncapped commission — earn from week one Weekly pay (base + commission) Typical earnings: $85K–$120K+ Quarterly & annual bonuses Annual incentive trip This is a performance-based role with strong upside for consistent producers. What You’ll Do Prospect daily (50+ outbound calls) to generate new business Develop and manage a Nashville territory (1.5-hour radius) Spend time in the field building client relationships Close new accounts and expand existing clients Break into new departments and decision-maker levels Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity metrics in CRM Partner with recruiting to deliver consistent results What We’re Looking For 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience Proven ability to prospect and close new business Experience owning revenue targets or full territory responsibility Background in staffing, industrial, construction, or manufacturing sales a plus Competitive, self-directed, and comfortable in a KPI-driven environment Strong organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally This Role Is For Sales professionals who enjoy prospecting and winning new business Individuals who want income tied to performance Self-starters who thrive in accountable environments This Role Is Not For Reps who rely primarily on inbound leads Individuals uncomfortable with outbound activity Those seeking a low-pressure sales environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
