Business Development Representative

Seek opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector. Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets. Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization. Create, negotiate, and close agreements. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Serve as the link of communication between key prospects/customers and internal teams. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Work closely with Administrative Sales Coordinators (ASCs) to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Prepare realistic annual budgets through the active pursuit of knowledge and trends regarding both the industry and client. Provide monthly reports of activity and attend meeting debriefings as required by the Sales Director. Travel up to 50% of work shift to customer locations and off-site training facilities. Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
