Description
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on business analysis and sales enablement to strengthen our go-to-market execution.
This role will translate product capabilities into clear business value, helping our marketing and sales teams communicate how our solutions solve real operational problems. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, this role will develop use cases, value messaging, and enablement materials that improve sales readiness and pipeline conversion.
The ideal candidate is analytical, curious about how businesses operate, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements
Business Analysis & Value Messaging
Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and customer value
Develop use cases that demonstrate how solutions solve operational challenges
Build value narratives that articulate the business impact of our solutions
Partner with Product to understand roadmap priorities and market applicability
Develop enablement materials including solution briefs, use case documentation, sales presentations, and discovery guides
Support preparation for strategic customer meetings
Ensure sales teams have clear messaging and materials to communicate product value
Market & Competitive Insight
Monitor competitive positioning and messaging
Develop competitive battlecards and differentiation guidance
Track market trends and communicate insights internally
Product & Marketing Alignment
Support product launches with messaging and enablement resources
Ensure marketing campaigns accurately reflect product value and use cases
Collaborate with Growth Marketing to align positioning and demand generation
Qualifications
3-6 years experience in Product Marketing, Market Analysis, Solutions Marketing, or related roles
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software preferred
Strong ability to translate product capabilities into business value
Analytical mindset with experience developing use cases or value frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales
Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
