Digital Marketing Analyst

Coast Technology LLC, Madisonville, LA, United States

Overview COAST TECHNOLOGY Mandeville, Louisiana | In-House Position Digital Marketing Analyst — Full-Time | On-Site | Mandeville, LA About Coast Technology Coast Technology is a data-driven digital marketing firm purpose-built for automotive, RV, marine, and powersports dealerships. We operate the STEALTH platform — a proprietary stack combining a programmatic DSP, customer data platform (CDP), de-anonymization engine, and inventory intelligence layer. Our team runs paid media, audience strategy, and attribution reporting for hundreds of dealerships across the country. We move fast, operate at a high technical level, and expect the same from our people. Role Overview We're looking for a sharp, analytically minded Digital Marketing Analyst to own day-to-day campaign execution and performance reporting across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and the STEALTH DSP. This is not an entry-level role. You'll be managing real budgets, working directly with clients, and expected to think critically about what the data is telling you — then act on it. You'll sit inside our campaign operations team, working closely with our strategists, data team, and account managers. You'll be the connective tissue between what's happening inside the platforms and what clients need to understand about their performance. Core Responsibilities Paid Search — Google & Microsoft Ads Build, launch, and optimize search campaigns across Google and Bing for dealership clients (Search, Performance Max, Dynamic Search, RLSA) Own keyword strategy, match type management, negative keyword builds, and Quality Score improvement Write and test ad copy; manage asset libraries and extensions Conduct bid strategy analysis (Target CPA, ROAS, Enhanced CPC) and make data-backed adjustments Monitor search impression share, auction insights, and competitor activity Paid Social — Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Build and manage Meta campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives Structure audiences using first-party data uploads, lookalikes, pixel-based retargeting, and catalog/dynamic inventory ads Test creative formats (static, video, carousel, collection) and run structured A/B tests Monitor delivery, frequency, and auction health to prevent audience fatigue Coordinate with design/content team on creative briefs and asset specs STEALTH DSP — Programmatic Display & Retargeting Execute display, retargeting, and conquest campaigns through the STEALTH DSP platform Apply audience segments built from de-anonymized website visitor data and third-party intent signals Monitor pacing, CPM/CPC efficiency, viewability, and conversion events Pull and interpret placement-level and audience-level reporting; optimize toward client KPIs Coordinate with the STEALTH data team on segment builds, pixel validation, and attribution windows Reporting & Client Communication Build and maintain performance dashboards (Google Looker Studio, platform-native, or internal reporting tools) Deliver monthly and ad hoc performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions Join client calls when needed to present results and field performance questions Flag anomalies, budget pacing issues, and optimization opportunities proactively — don't wait to be asked Qualifications Required 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with hands-on optimization experience (not just reporting) Demonstrated experience with Meta Ads Manager — campaign builds, audience strategy, and creative testing Comfort working inside a DSP or programmatic platform (The Trade Desk, DV360, STEALTH, or similar) Strong analytical skills — you can look at a spreadsheet or dashboard and tell a story Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking/UTM structure Experience with Looker Studio, Data Studio, or similar reporting platforms Excellent written communication — you can write a client-facing report that doesn't require a translator Preferred Experience in automotive, RV, marine, or powersports dealership marketing Familiarity with first-party data strategy, CRM uploads, or customer match audiences Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications Exposure to CDPs, de-anonymization tools, or programmatic audience segmentation Experience with Bing/Microsoft Ads campaign management What We Value We don't want someone who manages campaigns on autopilot. We want someone who asks why, digs into the data, and has an opinion. You should be comfortable saying 'this isn't working and here's what I'd change' — and then doing it. Intellectual curiosity — you learn platforms deeply, not just surface-level Ownership mentality — your accounts are your accounts Bias toward action — you optimize now and document later Clear communication — internally and with clients Adaptability — we move fast and the platforms change constantly Compensation & Details Full-time, in-office position based in Mandeville, Louisiana Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Health benefits, PTO, and paid holidays Direct exposure to cutting-edge adtech, proprietary DSP, and AI-driven marketing tools Collaborative team environment with clear path for growth into senior strategy and platform roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
