IME, Inc. is a leader in independent medical evaluations, chart review services, medical‑legal consulting, and related IME services for the legal, insurance, and government sectors. We partner with attorneys, insurance carriers, TPAs, self‑insured employers, and federal and state agencies to provide objective, high‑quality medical expertise that supports fair and accurate decision‑making in complex injury and disability claims.

Integrated Medical Evaluations, Inc. (IME, Inc.) is seeking a highly motivated, relationship‑driven Sales & Client Relationship Executive with a passion for business development within the legal, insurance, and medical communities. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at cultivating strong client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and representing our organization as a trusted industry resource. The position is based in our Greenwood Village, CO office and includes travel within Utah and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
Grow revenue within assigned territories and pursue opportunities in additional states to support company expansion.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies that position IME, Inc. as the preferred partner for medical‑legal evaluation services.
Meet and exceed sales and market‑share goals set by senior leadership.
Client Relationship Management
Build, strengthen, and maintain high‑value relationships with law firms, insurance carriers, third‑party administrators, government agencies, and other referral sources.
Provide ongoing client education regarding services, policy updates, processes, and physician availability.
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and ensuring IME, Inc. consistently delivers exceptional service.
Resolve client concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions‑oriented approach.
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long‑term professional relationships
Strong interpersonal communication—warm, clear, and adaptable
Communication Excellence
Confident verbal communication for client meetings, presentations, and check‑ins
High‑quality written communication for emails, updates, follow‑ups, and proposals
Ability to simplify and clearly explain processes, service offerings, and next steps
Industry Engagement
Represent IME, Inc. at conferences, legal and insurance industry events, tradeshows, seminars, and client meetings.
Scheduling meetings, webinars, or touchpoints
Organize and participate in client engagement activities designed to strengthen relationships and promote service offerings.
Physician Relations
Recruit new physicians into the IME, Inc. network and foster strong relationships with providers and their office staff.
Reporting & Market Analysis
Regularly evaluate sales performance and report progress to management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to identify risks and opportunities; adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates as requested.
Participate in weekly sales and marketing team meetings
Operational Support
Adapt quickly to last‑minute needs by stepping in wherever required—whether running records, locating exam sites, or handling unexpected client or operational tasks out, including assisting with account collections when needed to support healthy revenue cycles—to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold IME's commitment to exceptional client experience
Flexibility when priorities shift
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field; or at least three-five years of successful outside sales experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Experience or familiarity with the legal, insurance, or medical industries preferred .
Ability to travel up to 15% within Colorado and possible surrounding regions.
Exceptional communication skills—clear, professional, and adaptable to diverse audiences.
Has an understanding/ exposure to excel or other data analysis tools
Strong presentation abilities for one‑on‑one, small group, and large audience settings.
Demonstrated success in independent, self‑directed work environments with strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
Skilled in problem‑solving, especially when navigating complex or sensitive client issues.
Ability to read and understand medical documents, legal correspondence, and contracts.
Strong writing skills with attention to accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
Professional demeanor, reliability, and capacity to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to remain focused and effective under pressure, shifting priorities, or rapid change.
