Marketing Intern- UAH Students

Position Summary Bailey Collaborative Solutions, LLC (BCS) is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role will focus on managing BCS's social media presence and assisting with updates to the company website. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and interested in gaining hands‑on experience in marketing, branding, and digital communications. Key Responsibilities Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting content on BCS social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, others as applicable) Support routine updates and content refreshes on the BCS website Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital platforms Draft and edit basic marketing content, announcements, and posts Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and updates Track engagement metrics and assist with basic performance reporting Perform other marketing and communications support tasks as needed Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications (Plus but Not Required) Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) Interest in professional services, engineering, or government contracting environments What You’ll Gain Real‑world marketing experience in a professional services company Portfolio‑worthy content and projects Exposure to branding, corporate communications, and digital strategy Flexible part‑time schedule compatible with academic commitments How to Apply Interested candidates should submit the following items through our website https://bcsolutions.applicantpro.com/jobs/ by selecting the Marketing Intern job link.
