Account Executive – Flexible Packaging We’re partnering with a respected, value driven flexible packaging organization seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth and build long-term customer partnerships across food, pet food, lawn & garden, beauty, and medical markets. This role focuses on high-value accounts with annual packaging spend exceeding $750,000 and requires a strategic, consultative sales approach. What You’ll Do Identify and pursue high-value target accounts through research, trade shows, and referrals, while developing strategic account plans to win and grow business. You’ll lead discovery conversations, collaborate closely with Engineering and internal teams to develop tailored packaging solutions, and guide customers through pricing, negotiations, and contract development alongside senior leadership. From kickoff through close and beyond, you’ll manage timelines, internal alignment, and ongoing business reviews, building strong senior-level relationships that drive organic growth. What You Bring 5+ years of packaging sales experience, with a strong understanding of printing and production (rotogravure preferred) and a background in flexible packaging. Proven success selling to national brands or co-packers, generating new revenue, and working collaboratively across teams. Strong organizational, planning, and negotiation skills, along with experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
