Production Coordinator

LoCo Think Tank is a membership business peer advisory organization founded in Fort Collins in 2014. Our business model is to identify high‑achieving business veterans who love community, and to recruit and train those individuals to become LoCo Facilitators. Through monthly meetings, regular one‑on‑one engagements, and community resources these individuals shepherd chapters of up to 12 business owner members to overcome challenges and reach business and personal objectives during their business journey. We have developed chapters across Northern Colorado for smaller ( About the Role The person we are looking for will help us take the podcast and LoCo Think Tank to its next level. Activities will include podcast production, clips, newsletter maintenance and growth for LoCo Think Tank, newsletter creation and growth for The LoCo Experience, social media posting and engagement for both ventures, content development and coordination for LoCo Think Tank, event support, and possibly—though not necessarily—on‑air personality development as part of the podcast. Produce and edit podcast episodes and short clips. Create, edit, and grow newsletters for LoCo Think Tank and The LoCo Experience. Post and engage on social media for both LoCo Think Tank and the podcast. Develop and coordinate content across LoCo Think Tank’s community and business initiatives. Support events and consider on‑air personality development as appropriate. Compensation Wage is negotiable depending on experience, likely to fall in the range of $22–$28 per hour.
