Position Overview
Dialight is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key industrial markets. This role is highly execution-focused and will be responsible for deploying and managing campaigns across email, paid digital advertising, and social media platforms. The position will work closely with product marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising
Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Optimize campaigns for performance including targeting, bidding strategy, and creative testing
Monitor campaign metrics and provide reporting on performance, engagement, and conversions
Identify opportunities to improve campaign ROI and audience reach
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
Build and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
Develop segmented email workflows supporting product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement
Manage campaign setup including landing pages, forms, and lead capture
Track performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Social Media Execution
Manage and schedule social media content across corporate platforms
Support both organic and paid social initiatives
Coordinate development of social assets and campaign messaging
Monitor engagement and performance metrics
Content & Creative Development
Develop digital marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, including graphics for social media, digital advertising, and email campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams on campaign messaging and marketing content
Ensure creative assets align with Dialight brand standards
Website & Campaign Support
Support website updates related to campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
Coordinate landing pages and digital content supporting lead generation
Maintain consistency across digital channels and marketing materials
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance across digital channels
Provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIs
Support ongoing optimization of digital marketing programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
Hands‑on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
Experience with HubSpot marketing automation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data
