AFFILIATE/LEADBROKER MARKETING MANAGER

JOB MISSION As Affiliate/leadbroker marketing manager you will be a key person to improve and expand our corporation with partners in our current and upcoming European markets. OUTCOMES Maintain daily communication with affiliates and brokers across Europe to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment Conduct regular onsite meetings with marketing partners to drive collaboration and optimize performance Identify and establish new partnership opportunities to expand the business network Proactively improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Test and implement innovative approaches to marketing and partnership strategies Corporate with IT department to test new ideas effectively REQUIREMENTS Proven experience working with affiliates and brokers Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proactive mindset with a willingness to test new ideas and improve existing processes Strong understanding of technical solutions for referral and broker traffic Excellent Latvian and English skills required, as work involves communication with colleagues from different countries (any other EU language would be an asset) BENEFITS Hybrid work arrangements allowing to combine work from home and office Flexible working hours start as late as 10 am Health insurance Well-being activities, surprises, and birthday gifts (sporty challenges, mini competitions with prizes) Receive bonuses for long-term cooperation like extra holidays, etc. Snacks & soft drinks to fuel those tough mornings Enjoy the private gym Learn and grow in a company of over 10 nationalities No suits!
