Senior Associate, U.S. Wealth Channel Marketing Programs - Asset Manager - Hybrid - Greater Boston
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate, U.S. Wealth Channel Marketing Programs to support the execution and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives across the U.S. Wealth channel. This role will play a key part in driving advisor engagement, supporting lead generation efforts, and ensuring seamless program execution across multiple marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in asset management marketing, a strong understanding of the U.S. intermediary landscape (RIA, broker/dealer, independent firms), and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of integrated channel marketing programs across digital, email, print, paid media, and events
Maintain program calendars, timelines, and performance tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives
Assist in the development and execution of lead generation and conversion strategies through targeted outreach and segmentation
Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs using data-driven insights to improve ROI and engagement
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials and program assets
Coordinate cross-functionally with Client Solutions, Affiliate Product Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely and compliant execution
Manage workflows across marketing channels to ensure alignment with overall brand and program objectives
Uphold high standards of quality and consistency across all communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–5 years of U.S. wealth marketing experience within asset management
Strong understanding of U.S. wealth management distribution channels, including RIA, broker/dealer, and independent firms
Knowledge of investment solutions preferred
Demonstrated success managing and optimizing channel marketing programs
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Seismic, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Adobe, and similar tools
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid media advertising strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
