Freelance Marketing – Growth

This role focuses on driving user acquisition and optimizing conversion rates for a subscription-based streaming service targeting international audiences. The successful candidate will analyze the entire customer journey, from paid ad campaigns through to free trial activation and paid subscription conversion. The primary objective is to identify friction points, recommend actionable improvements, and implement a data-driven testing strategy to increase trial activations and paid subscriber conversions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS or streaming platforms and a deep understanding of growth marketing principles. Deliverables Comprehensive audit of the acquisition and conversion funnel, including ad messaging, landing pages, signup flow, onboarding, and pricing presentation Data-driven recommendations for improving conversion rates at each stage of the funnel Development of a prioritized testing roadmap for A/B and multivariate experiments Clear reporting on findings, insights, and measurable impact of implemented changes Collaboration with internal teams to ensure recommendations are actionable and aligned with business goals Requirements Demonstrated experience in growth marketing for SaaS, subscription, or streaming platforms Strong analytical skills with expertise in funnel analysis, conversion rate optimization, and user journey mapping Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing platformsAbility to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (search, social, display) and landing page optimization Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset Availability for project-based work with potential for ongoing collaboration About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
