Overview Regional Marketing & Events Manager – EMEA, Central Europe. We are seeking a Regional Marketing & Events Manager – EMEA to support the successful execution of regional marketing activities with an emphasis on event logistics, operational marketing support, and cross‑regional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and excited to contribute to marketing initiatives across Europe.
Key Responsibilities Event & Conference Support (Primary Focus)
Coordinate logistics for regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events, including vendor communication, booth preparation, shipping, registrations, graphics, and onsite support.
Manage event timelines, deadlines, task lists, and internal updates.
Support event lead capture, processing, and follow‑up reporting.
Ensure consistent brand standards and regional coordination.
Travel within the EMEA region to support onsite execution as required – 50%.
Participate in occasional meetings in the United States, supporting global marketing alignment, training, and project coordination.
Marketing Program & Campaign Execution
Assist in the implementation of regional marketing programs under the direction of the Senior Regional Marketing Manager.
Support digital campaign execution - email sends, social content scheduling, and coordination of website updates.
Coordinate translations and localization of marketing materials for various EMEA markets.
Maintain and organize regional marketing assets, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, events, field marketing, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
Demonstrated experience with event logistics or hands‑on operational marketing execution.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working across cultures and time zones.
Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools (Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
Willingness and ability to travel internationally , including frequent travel within EMEA for events and occasional travel to the US for team meetings and training.
Preferred Experience in biotech, life sciences, or another technical/scientific field.
