Partners is seeking a creative, innovative, communicative, and collaborative Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Marketing team in Houston. This is a 100% in-office role where you will serve as the primary production designer supporting the graphic design needs of (a) the overall company at the enterprise / brand level; and (b) Brokerage Services (including Office, Industrial, Retail and Investment Sales product types); Property Management; and other teams across all of the company’s geographies (Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, and growing). This role will report directly to and work closely with the company’s Creative Lead.
You will help bring our brand to visual life utilizing our comprehensive suite of templates. While the role entails a high volume of production work, you must also be able to think on your feet and offer suggestions and provide input to your projects from time‑to‑time. If you have a method for improving a given process, we want you to vocalize it. In addition to exceptional traditional graphic design skills, you must also have hands‑on experience in motion graphics, animation, and short‑form video editing to produce animated GIFs, social media videos, and dynamic content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond. Experience and familiarity with core AI tools is necessary for success.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of high‑end graphic design experience, preferably in commercial real estate or a similarly fast‑paced corporate environment.

How You'll Make an Impact Corporate Graphic Design Projects The Corporate Marketing team produces a lot of visual content utilizing Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, Canva, PowerPoint, and other platforms.
Production Design Work As a rapidly growing company, Corporate Marketing also frequently partners with Brokerage Services to meet the visual design needs of our sales professionals.
Eblast Campaigns & Distribution Create engaging content for company eblast campaigns, assist with distribution.
Advertising & Promotional Work with the Corporate Marketing team to develop and execute digital advertising initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
Create with AEO in mind An understanding of how next‑gen platforms are surfacing results for web queries will be useful as you develop content.
Event Planning Support the planning and execution of Partners’ Annual Client Event.

What You’ll Have Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
World‑class expertise in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Express
Proficiency in Canva
Experience with WordPress, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Experience with publishing to all social media platforms, especially LinkedIn but also including Instagram, X, Facebook, and Google My Business.
Qualifications Strong ability to create visually compelling content.
Fierce commitment to thoroughly reviewing all content to ensure accuracy and completeness, catching any inadvertent errors or omissions.
