Are you a creative storyteller who loves building community, creating meaningful content, and bringing a brand to life online?
Watermelon Swim is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead social media, content creation, and digital storytelling — while helping us promote water safety and make a real impact in the communities we serve.
This is not a “post and ghost” marketing role. You’ll be behind the camera, in the water, at events, in classrooms, and in the community — capturing real stories and turning them into powerful content.
What You’ll Do Lead our social media strategy, content calendar, and daily engagement
Create compelling photo, video, blog, and email content
Design graphics and promotional materials
Track campaign performance and optimize results
Represent Watermelon Swim at events and community programs
Help bring water safety education to life through presentations and outreach
Protect and elevate our brand voice across all platforms
Have 1–2 years of marketing experience
Live and breathe social media trends
Can write beautifully and communicate clearly
Have photography and/or video skills (bonus points!)
Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Feel comfortable filming in the water
Are excited to work occasional evenings and weekends

This is an in‑office position in Tampa, FL. Watermelon Swim's mission is to grow a community full of safer swimmers and reduce the risks while increasing confidence in and around water.
