In this role, you will be responsible for developing & managing client relationships, from generating new leads to closing deals & ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. Responsibilities Prospect for & qualify new leads through various channels. Develop & deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our services. Negotiate & close contracts. Manage & grow assigned client accounts. Provide exceptional customer service & ensure client satisfaction. Identify, upsell, & cross-sell opportunities. Maintain accurate client records & CRM data. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless client experience. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required to be hired) in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience (or proof of internships) in B2B sales. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to build & maintain strong relationships with clients. Proficient in CRM software & MS Office Suite. A self-starter with a strong work ethic & a drive to succeed.
