We make our clients’ life easier, allowing them to focus on their families, careers, and other activities they love. Position Overview Part‑Time Marketing Manager – Premium Services (Seattle‑based). We’re hiring a part‑time Marketing Manager to own the marketing function for our high‑touch, premium service business serving high‑net‑worth clients. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution in a small, founder‑led environment where trust, taste, and judgment matter more than flashy campaigns or generic content. Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Start Date: ASAP. Responsibilities Own marketing execution end‑to‑end. Create thoughtful content across social, blog, and email. Manage website updates and oversee SEO efforts. Track performance and iterate based on data. Occasionally support discovery calls with prospective clients. Who You Are Experienced in marketing for luxury, high‑net‑worth, or high‑touch service brands. A strong writer with excellent tone judgment. Proactive, calm, and comfortable working independently. Someone with good taste who avoids generic or stock creative. Details Part‑time, approximately 25 hours per week. Remote with local Seattle‑area travel (infrequent). $40/hour plus benefits (health insurance, PTO, 401k). Experience Requirements 3+ years in marketing roles with demonstrated success in content creation, social media management, and lead generation. 2+ years working with high‑net‑worth clients, luxury brands, or high‑touch service industries. Proven ability to manage both strategic marketing initiatives and tactical execution. Experience conducting client discovery calls or consultative sales conversations. HubSpot proficiency required. Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing content creation, optimization, and efficiency. EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience a plus but not required. Education Requirements No formal degree required; success is defined by skills, performance, and alignment with Pepper’s values. Skills & Attributes Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels. Knowledge of AI marketing tools and applications for content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization. Graphic design skills or experience managing design contractors. Comfortable with website content management systems and basic updates. Experience managing external contractors and vendor relationships. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines. Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs. Quick learner who can independently gain proficiency in new tools and platforms. Creative problem‑solver who sees opportunities in client stories and business trends. Confidence in discussing pricing and services with prospective clients. Physical Abilities Local travel to occasional meetings required.
