Location: Maryland / Washington, DC / Virginia / Ghana Job Summary RIFE International is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to lead client engagement across its U.S. operations. This individual will serve as a trusted liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring successful project delivery and strong long- term relationships in clean energy and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and performance. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and communications. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations. Identify opportunities to upsell services or extend project scope. Report progress, KPIs, and client updates to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related discipline. 5-10 years of experience in account management or client services. Familiarity with energy efficiency, sustainability, or engineering projects. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
