Trek Travel provides global cycling, hiking, and walking vacationsofa lifetime with the goal of helping more people actively explore and experience the world.We are seeking a Brand Design and Email Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will shape the future of Trek Travel’s brand standards and oversee the design and management of all branded assets. This includes, but is not limited to, mailers, catalogs, logo usage, digital creative, and guest-facing physical materials. You will also lead our email marketing efforts by developing segmentation strategies, designing high‑impact marketing emails, and managing transactional communications to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee day-to-day execution of brand design and lifecycle email marketing, ensuringtimelydelivery of high‑quality campaigns and creative assets. Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs and GTM initiatives—fromstrategyandbuildtodeployment, optimization, and reporting to drive retention, reengagement, and lifetime value. Partner with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Paid Media, Organic Social, Marketing Operations, andEngineering to plan and deliver multi-channel customer communicationsand improve existing experiences. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and partnershipsends; managecontentcalendars, writing/editing, QA, and performance reporting. Build andmaintainautomation and segmentation strategies; manage list growth, subscriber hygiene, andplatform-level segmentation. Use analytics and customer insights toidentify, prioritize, andvalidatelifecycle opportunities; translatefindingsinto actionable tests and optimizations. Manage design intake and briefing—capturing requirements, aligningstakeholders,and routingprojects through concepting, reviews, approvals, production, and deliverywith thesupportofthemarketing project manager. Serve asthedirectly responsibleindividualfor branded asset design and environmental branding,ensuringconsistency across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints. Projectmanagecreative production across channels (email, web, social, print, events, presentations),coordinatingcross-department needs and timelines. Manage outsourced design work and external agencies, includingscope, timelines, feedback, revisions, and final delivery. Maintain and evolve the Brand Style Guidetoensurea cohesive and up-to-date brand identity across all assets and communications. Maintain and update Marketing SOPs;enhance workflowsthroughclear processes, templates, anddocumentation. Communicate proactively withstakeholders on project status, risks, priorities, and workloadtoensure alignment. Respond tointernal and external media requests (photo, designassets,campaignmaterials) with accuracy and professionalism. Support sales, guest services, and operationsbyeditingandoptimizingtransactional emails to improve theguest experience.
