What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in AEC software sales, or a top tier SaaS startup environment
Strong sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset
Systems-oriented, first-principles thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
Nice-to-have: Understanding of Revit and the broader construction tech eco system
What you’ll do Build and scale a national enterprise sales pipeline across the United States
Conduct product demos and educate the market on why Endra exists and the value of its platform
Identify internal champions within each account and proactively enable their success
Map and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations
Own pipeline generation for yourself and your team - this role requires full accountability for building demand
Establish and grow relationships with the largest MEP design engineering firms in the U.S.
