Job Description
Purpose
Current account retention, development, and the addition of new clients.

Authority
AE receives their authority from the CEO.
Responsibility
AEs are responsible for managing high-value client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading complex sales or account strategies, company profitability, , increasing revenue opportunities for the company in existing accounts, increasing sales by adding new customers.
Manage Sales personnel to achieve corporate and customer objectives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
AE’s are to serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
AE’s are to conduct regular business reviews and performance updates.
AE’s are to update corporate systems with relevant data such as client contact/pipeline/forecast CRM system, accounting, quality control, email, client data on the server (bids, proposals, building maps, specifications, etc.)
AE’s are to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
AE’s are to attend association events such as BOMA, IREM, CREW, IFMA, SHA.
Goal
Retain all current accounts, and existing services.
Uphold and maintain flawless execution
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Obtain client referrals and references.
Achieve an indispensable status in every account
Create growth plans for key accounts
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Develop account strategies aligned with client objectives
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance)
Standards and Measures
The AE’s performance is measured primarily by the consistent and successful completion of his/her responsibilities. Other measures include the building of productive working relationships within their channel and customer base as well as adding value and increasing the profitability of their channel.
Educations & Experience
College Degree or equivalent work experience, proven track record in successful multi-site management, People skills, and previous sales experience is a plus.
