Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually Growth Opportunities: Be part of a dynamic team with ample room for professional development Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of business with a focus on contractors, construction, and other generalist accounts, ranging from $50K to $300K in premium, totaling approximately $8MM-$10MM in revenue. Oversee the full renewal cycle, including marketing and coverage analysis. Collaborate closely with producers to ensure seamless handling of renewals and new business opportunities. Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, with strong knowledge of coverage, renewal cycles, and marketing strategies. Familiarity with managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, particularly in the contractor and construction sectors. Proficiency in AMS360 software or similar agency management systems.
