As one of our first U.S.-based Account Executives , you'll play a critical role in building the foundation of our GTM strategy. You’ll lead the charge in helping automotive dealerships modernize operations , increase sales velocity , and embrace AI-powered retailing .

What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing new business across assigned U.S. territories
Develop high-impact outreach strategies via cold calls, emails, and industry networking
Deliver compelling product demos , tailored to the dealership’s specific pain points and business goals
Build strategic relationships with both independent rooftops and large dealership groups
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for a seamless customer journey
Attend major automotive trade shows and conferences to elevate the Spyne brand and source new leads
Track and forecast pipeline metrics in HubSpot with accuracy and ownership
What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of proven B2B sales success (SaaS or automotive retail experience is a strong plus)
Exceptional prospecting, discovery, and relationship-building skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to pitch complex tech solutions with clarity and confidence
A proactive, self-motivated operator who consistently meets or exceeds targets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Willingness to work flexible hours & travel 10–20% nationally as needed
