
Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Overview Account Managers at Regional Insurance Associates are responsible for the day-to-day needs of our clients and work closely with our Account Executives (producers). Both the Producers and Account Managers are responsible for sales and service support.
Responsibilities Preparing submissions
Negotiating price and coverage details with underwriters
Preparing draft proposals for the producers
Premium financing
Review policies and endorsements for accuracy
Process requested changes in coverage
Issue certificates of insurance
Issue Auto ID cards
Assist in the coordination of loss control and claims support
Qualifications Focus and ability to accomplish complex tasks
Delegation and coordination skills
Experience with Vertafore AMS 360 is a plus
3-5 years of insurance industry experience
Relationship oriented ability to win over the respect and admiration of his/her clients, colleagues and underwriters
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe)
