Role Overview — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Business Analyst Practice: Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Services (CIS) Work Setup: Remote (U.S.) with travel to Raritan, NJ Application Deadline: March 31, 2026 Visa Sponsorship: Not available Cognizant is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing to serve as the strategic link between marketing stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses on requirements definition, solution design, process optimization, and adoption of Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys) to drive measurable campaign and customer engagement outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions and translate marketing needs into clear requirements and user stories. Design customer journeys, segmentation logic, campaign workflows, and consent management . Collaborate with architects to design scalable Dynamics 365 Marketing solutions . Support data modeling, integrations, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Drive UAT, quality validation, and end-to-end journey testing . Deliver training, documentation, and change management support. Monitor platform performance and recommend optimization opportunities. Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technical implementation teams. Required Skills & Experience 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience. Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights – Journeys . Expertise in: Customer journeys and segmentation Lead management and automation Campaign workflows and triggers Solid understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and marketing data models . Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, and manage stakeholders. Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or MarTech environments . Mandatory Skills Knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Insights – Data, or Power Automates . Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharma). Relevant Microsoft certification . Compensation Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 per year Eligible for performance‑based incentive program.
