B2B SaaS Account Executive — TCPA Compliance Software Remote Compensation: $74‑85k base salary + Commission + Retention Bonus = $200k+ About The Company They are a fast‑growing SaaS company providing next‑generation consent‑verification technology for online lead generators, insurance carriers, call centers, and performance marketing teams. Our patent‑pending platform captures real‑time, tamper‑proof consumer opt‑in events to support TCPA and regulatory compliance. We’re seeking a high‑integrity B2B sales professional with experience selling TCPA, reg‑tech, or consent‑verification software. What You’ll Do Prospect, engage, and close new B2B customers. Run the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, negotiation, close. Manage a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts. Deliver demos that clearly communicate compliance value. Explain TCPA, express written consent, and audit requirements. Partner with internal teams for smooth onboarding. Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. Required Experience 2+ years selling B2B SaaS. Experience with TCPA, reg‑tech, or compliance tools. Consistent quota achievement. Strong understanding of online lead‑gen workflows. Ability to sell to compliance teams, founders, and enterprise buyers. Self‑motivated and comfortable in a startup environment. Preferred Experience Selling into insurance carriers, brokers, or MGAs. Existing network in lead‑gen or insurance. Selling API‑based SaaS solutions. Knowledge of consent records, tokens, or snapshot tech. Early‑stage SaaS experience.
