Position Overview Mission To transform our global GTM dashboard ecosystem into a high-velocity engine for growth. Move beyond "+reporting" to proactively identify friction in our global sales motion and optimize investment in GenAI and GTM tools. Outcomes Global Dashboard Governance: Full ownership of the 6+ core trackers (NA, EMEA, Business, Sales, Finance, Marketing, IndustryMotion/GenAI). Success is 100% data consistency across regions, enabling leaders to compare NA and EMEA performance without manual normalization. The "So-What" Bi-Weekly Cadence: Shift from reactive data pulls to a weekly Insight Briefing with actionable observations highlighting gaps in overall GTM. GTM Tool Utilization Optimization: Deep-dive into tool usage to drive optimization in SaaS spend and adoption. Cross-Functional Sync: Serve as the analytical bridge between GTM Ops teams to align outcomes (e.g., Marketing Tracker with Regional Sales Trackers). Behavioral Fit Strategic Insight: Proactively identify red flags in data and understand business dynamics to prevent problems before they escalate. Analytical Persistence: 5-6 years of experience to analyze why numbers don’t tie out between trackers. Proactivity: Act as a Predictive Analyst and flagPipeline issues before the end of the quarter. Technical Artistry: Build dashboards that are executive-ready, not just spreadsheets. Key Responsibilities (The Technical Mix) Dashboard Architecture: Manage and iterate on existing Google Sheets/BI trackers (NA, EMEA, Marketing, IndustryMotion). Data Storytelling: Present monthly findings to GTM leadership, focusing on conversion rates, rep productivity, and regional variance. Tool Analysis: Audit the GTM tech stack usage to ensure value is realized and tools are used as intended. Qualifications 5-6 Years Experience: In Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or GTM Strategy. Hard Skills: Expert in Google Sheets/Excel (complex modeling), CRM (Salesforce), BI Tool (Looker preferred), SQL/Python; familiarity with Google AI Suite is a minimum expectation. Experience with GTM Tools: Familiarity with GenAI sales tools, sequencing tools, and marketing attribution models.
