We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Analytics Lead to elevate how we measure and optimize marketing performance. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data science, and engineering—translating complex analytics into actionable insights that drive growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and execution of advanced measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels
Leverage methodologies such as marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and experimentation to inform investment decisions
Partner closely with data science and engineering teams to build scalable analytics solutions and ensure data integrity
Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders
Drive a culture of testing and learning through structured experimentation and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated expertise in marketing measurement approaches, including mix modeling, attribution techniques, and experimental design or causal analysis
Strong foundation in data, analytics, and statistical modeling, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams
Proven ability to bridge business needs with analytical solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
