Position Overview The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in census development for the facility while promoting our facility within the community. This position blends administrative excellence with strategic outreach and relationship development. Key Responsibilities Admissions Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, community referral sources, prospective residents, and families, providing clear, professional guidance throughout the admissions process. Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance awareness and build our reputation as a leading provider of skilled nursing care in the region. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and ensure all admissions-related documentation is completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or sales preferably within a skilled nursing or other healthcare environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and put them at ease. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
