Marketing Coordinator

The Role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining the Estela Living brand across all touchpoints. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive and compelling online presence, managing our listings and third-party platforms, and coordinating marketing initiatives across our vendor network. Key Responsibilities Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all online channels Manage and update third-party platforms and directory sites to ensure accuracy and optimal presentation Create and optimize property listings that highlight the unique character and quality of Estela Living communities Coordinate marketing efforts with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure alignment and timely execution Support broader marketing campaigns and assist in tracking performance across digital channels What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and brand consistency Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with external partners A passion for design, real estate, or community-driven brands is a plus We're a team that genuinely cares about the spaces people call home.
