TGI Direct, Inc. is expanding its national presence in digital marketing and multichannel communication services.
We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning, demand generation, and marketing performance across multiple industries.
This role is a peer partner to sales leadership and plays a direct role in revenue growth.
What You’ll Own
National brand positioning and messaging clarity
Demand generation strategy across digital channels
Marketing-sourced pipeline contribution
MQL and SQL conversion performance
Campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost
Marketing performance will be measured, reported, and optimized consistently.

Marketing-sourced revenue
Campaign ROI
Brand engagement metrics
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an integrated national marketing strategy
Partner closely with the National Sales Manager to align pipeline targets
Refine messaging for enterprise buyers in regulated industries
Optimize marketing investment based on performance analytics
Build reporting dashboards and performance cadence
Strengthen thought leadership and brand authority
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
7+ years of B2B marketing experience
Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline growth
Experience in integrated demand generation
Strong analytical and performance mindset
Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically
Experience collaborating closely with sales leadership
Experience in digital marketing services, customer communication management, or regulated industries preferred.
Location
Remote U.S.-based role.
Must maintain availability during East Coast business hours.
