Non-QM Wholesale Inside Account Executive Location: Huntington Beach, CA (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation Base Salary: $2,000 (monthly base) Commission: 45 basis points (bps) from dollar one on funded loan volume Performance-based earnings with uncapped upside tied directly to production Position Overview We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Non-QM Wholesale Inside Account Executive to support and grow our wholesale mortgage business from our Huntington Beach office. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with mortgage brokers, and understands how to structure and support complex Non-QM loan scenarios with confidence and accuracy. As an Inside Account Executive, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned broker partners—helping them identify opportunities, structure clean submissions, and move loans efficiently through the pipeline. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, deep product knowledge, proactive follow-through, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with assigned wholesale broker partners Act as a trusted advisor for pricing, scenarios, program fit, and guideline interpretation Educate brokers on Non-QM products, underwriting requirements, and submission best practices Assist brokers in structuring clean, complete loan files to improve pull-through and cycle times Promote competitive mortgage products and solutions to drive production and meet or exceed sales goals Proactively identify new opportunities within existing broker accounts and assigned territory Maintain consistent outbound communication via phone, email, and CRM Partner closely with Underwriting, Processing, Capital Markets, and Management to resolve issues and keep loans moving Track pipeline activity, performance metrics, and broker engagement Stay current on product updates, guideline changes, market trends, and regulatory developments Qualifications 2+ years of experience in wholesale Non-QM mortgage lending (Inside AE, AE, or similar role preferred) Proven success supporting and growing mortgage broker relationships Strong understanding of Non-QM and alternative documentation products, including: Bank Statement DSCR P&L 1099 Asset Utilization / Asset Depletion Foreign National ITIN Niche and specialty programs Solid knowledge of mortgage loan products and basic underwriting concepts Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and loan files simultaneously Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven, performance-based environment Proficiency with CRM systems and loan pricing/origination platforms Existing book of business is strongly preferred Preferred Experience Familiarity with Encompass, OptifiNow (CRM), Polly , and Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience working closely with underwriting and operations teams Multi-state broker relationships Demonstrated ability to grow, retain, and expand broker partnerships Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission/incentive compensation Commission structure tied directly to funded loan volume Collaborative, team-oriented sales environment Hands‑on onboarding, training, and ongoing product education Clear growth path within wholesale sales Stable platform with experienced executive leadership Strong underwriting and operational support with flexibility and common‑sense exceptions Work Location This position is on‑site at our Huntington Beach, CA office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
