
Account Executive

We’re partnered with a venture-backed, category-defining marketplace that’s rapidly scaling and redefining how commerce and community intersect. They’re hiring an Inside Account Executive (full-cycle sales role) to acquire, launch, and grow top-tier sellers on the platform.
The Role You’ll own the entire sales cycle — sourcing, pitching, closing, onboarding, and early seller growth.
What you’ll do: Prospect and source high-potential SMB sellers
Run discovery, pitch, and onboarding calls (video + phone)
Close new sellers and set them up for long-term success
Act as a strategic partner, coaching sellers on growth
Manage pipeline and consistently exceed targets
Use data to evaluate performance and drive improvement
Partner cross-functionally to improve seller outcomes
3+ years in a fast-paced, client-facing sales role
Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable owning outcomes
Proven closer with experience managing multiple accounts
Strong business judgment and data-driven mindset
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Former athletes and individuals from competitive backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator platform
Exposure to SMB, creator, or community-driven sales motions
Familiarity with Salesforce, Airtable, or similar tools
Passion for commerce, creators, or emerging product categories
Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces
OTE: $150,000
