The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Compensation $50,000 annually , based on experience

Responsibilities Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and social media campaigns that are effective and timely
Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
Manage website design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth
Creating engaging email, newsletter, and blog content to connect with our audience
Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
Qualifications 3+ years of marketing experience
Highly organized, systems-oriented, and detail-focused
Can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
Video workflows and short-form content production
Canva and marketing design tools
Email marketing platforms and CRM systems (FUB)
Experience with Google Workspace
Analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking
Paid ads, SEO, and Meta marketing funnels
