
Marketing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support events, communications, and brand visibility across the Phoenix market. This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, highly organized, and enjoys bringing people together through events and marketing initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
Plan and execute internal and external events (open houses, lunch‑and‑learns, tradeshows, client events)
Support email and digital marketing campaigns, including newsletters and event communications
Manage social media content, posting, and engagement
Create and update sales and marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, case studies, and recaps
Coordinate vendors, logistics, calendars, and promotional materials
What they’re looking for
2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role
Construction or HVAC industry exposure preferred (not required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, social platforms, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, WordPress, etc.)
Strong organization, communication, and project‑management skills
