This role supports the production of the popular podcast “This Week in Startups” (TWiST), focusing on both audio and video content. It’s a fast-paced opportunity for someone eager to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to a mission-driven media platform. Responsibilities Support the live production of TWiST every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Produce and edit engaging video content tailored for TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Collaborate with the streaming team to design and prep original graphics, charts, and visual assets Manage podcast content distribution across all major platforms Provide insightful data analytics to help guide production decisions Participate in occasional travel with the production team Take on other assigned tasks with flexibility and enthusiasm Qualifications & Skills Deep understanding of GenZ and GenC digital trends TikTok native with a passion for short-form content and memes Excellent communication and time management skills Proficient with various productivity and media tools like Mailchimp, Google Docs, Zapier, Keynote, Squarespace, Slack, Typeform, WordPress, Outreach.io, Notion, and Crunchbase Positive, resilient, and resourceful approach to work Production experience between 0–2 years preferred Work Schedule Live shows are streamed at 12 PM CT several times a week On show days, working hours are typically 11 AM to 7 PM CT Employee Perks Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, and 401(k) High-growth environment with room for professional development Interview Process Selected candidates will submit a 3-minute self-introduction video First-round interview with a LAUNCH team member Second-round interview with leadership Final interview with another member of leadership Finalists will complete a paid project taking up to 2 hours Role start date: As soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
