Client: A leading technology company enabling machines, sensors, and computers in factories and industrial environments to communicate seamlessly
My client is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage Energy and Process Automation clients and drive growth across the DACH region within the Energy sector.
About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and expand selected Key Accounts, focusing on repeatable, high-volume, and profitable business opportunities. You will execute the agreed account strategy and measure success through relevant KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of energy products and services to assigned Key Account customers across target markets, including renewable energy, battery energy storage, and process automation.
Bring experience in Industrial Automation / Industrial Connectivity / Process Automation (preferred).
Apply your professional sales expertise to meet and exceed sales quotas and business targets.
Build and maintain long-term Key Account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For:
3 years’ experience in Key Account Management, ideally within the energy sector, working with both existing and new clients.
Strong understanding of the DACH enterprise market and its dynamics.
Technical background, ideally an engineering degree or engineering A-levels.
Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Miller Heiman is advantageous but not essential
Willingness to work in a hybrid/remote environment across Germany.
