Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist
Salary $52,000 per year, plus a generous productivity bonus structure.
Job Responsibilities
Bring workable patient referrals to the agency.
Develop new referral sources in the community.
Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources by daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities and adult day care to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options.
Pre‑plan weekly marketing activities and follow‑through.
Event coordination and community liaison – participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.
Job Qualifications
Prior experience in Home Health Care is recommended, but training will be provided.
Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and MLTCs is a plus.
Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills are a must.
