What You'll Do: Deliver engaging, face-to-face product presentations to customers Work closely with our team to develop and execute marketing campaigns Track and report customer insights to enhance campaign performance Build brand awareness through community engagement and outreach Meet and exceed weekly sales goals and KPIs Support promotional events, product launches, and field marketing efforts Who We're Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills 1+ year of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience preferred Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Passion for sales strategy, customer acquisition, and brand storytelling Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Reliable transportation for local travel (in-office & field-based role) What We Offer: $17.00 – $21.00/hour base + weekly performance-based bonuses Ongoing training and mentorship in advanced sales & marketing strategies Monthly team rewards: electronics, events, gift cards & even vacations!
