Business Development Executive

Atlas Facilities Maintenance is expanding in the Pacific Northwest and is seeking a Business Development Executive to help drive strategic growth across the region. This role is designed for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the commercial facilities space and has experience working with decision-makers responsible for large buildings and operations. You will play a key role in developing new business within the Portland market and surrounding areas by building relationships and securing long-term service partnerships. This is a strong opportunity for someone who: Enjoys opening doors and building a territory Thrives in relationship-based B2B sales Wants to be part of a growing company with long-term potential What You’ll Do Develop new relationships with facility managers, property managers, and commercial decision-makers Leverage your existing network to generate opportunities Conduct site walkthroughs and identify service needs Present tailored solutions and close multi-year service agreements Represent Atlas within the regional facilities and commercial real estate community Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a sales professional who already operates within the commercial facilities ecosystem. The ideal candidate: Has existing relationships (Rolodex) with facility managers, property managers, or commercial real estate decision-makers Has experience selling into commercial or industrial environments Is comfortable leveraging a network to generate and accelerate sales opportunities Understands longer sales cycles and how to close service-based contracts Preferred backgrounds include: Facility maintenance or janitorial services Commercial property services Building services or infrastructure solutions Vendors selling into property management or commercial real estate Candidates without prior exposure to commercial facilities or an established network in this space may find this role challenging.
